Citroën free miles home charging energy offer †​

Accessing this offer is easy. Once you order your EV charger through your Citroën Retailer, Octopus will send you an email for you to start the installation process. Simply complete the online form, and then once your new EV charger is installed, the team at Octopus will send you a promo code to redeem your free miles.

 

* Rates correct as at 01.10.2024. Terms and Eligibility criteria apply. Offer is provided by Octopus Energy. The Free Miles promotion is available to eligible new and existing Octopus Energy customers who purchase a brand new Citroën electric vehicle and an Ohme OctopusHome EV Charger from 01.10.2024 – 05.01.2025 . At participating Retailers only. The value of credit is based upon the average WLTP combined economy EV energy consumption of 0.2229 kWh/mile for the Citroën vehicles participating in this promotion. The actual miles achieved may vary and be less than 10,000 depending upon different factors including chosen Citroën model, speed, driving style and outside temperature. Offer excludes NI, IoM and Channel Islands. Customers will need to switch their energy tariff to the Octopus Intelligent GO tariff (available to domestic customers only). The 10,000 free miles of electric driving is then paid in the form of a credit totalling £161 including VAT to the customer’s home energy account with 30 days of switching. Only 1 claim per household permitted. The energy credit of £161 funds 2,290 kWh s at the current Intelligent Octopus GO night EV rate of 7p per kWh. [If you order a new qualifying electric Citroën passenger car between 1 October 2024 and 5 January 2025 from a participating Citroën retailer and a new EV charger (a Qualifying Charger) from Octopus Energy you’ll be eligible to receive a credit on your Octopus account of an amount equal to 10,000 miles of vehicle charging (the Credit) (as calculated in, and subject to, the terms and restrictions below) when you join Octopus Energy on the EV tariff known as ‘Intelligent Octopus Go’ (the Offer).​

 

Eligibility

 

The Offer:​

(a) applies to retail orders only customers ​

(b) is only available to purchasers of a Qualifying Vehicle and a Qualifying Charger; ​

(c) is only available to people over the age of 18 in the United Kingdom (but excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) who have a smart meter installed at their property which we can connect to, and who are eligible to receive (and subsequently take and agree to the terms of) the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff; and is only available to people who have an EV charger installed at their place of residence and are able to charge their EV from home.

 

During the sign-up process for the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, Octopus will confirm whether you are eligible to join the tariff.​

To benefit from the Offer, you'll need to be a new or existing customer of Octopus Energy. You will not be eligible for the Offer if you sign up via a third party like a price comparison site.

 

Verifying your eligibility​
