INSURANCE
7-DAY FREE INSURANCE*
If you are purchasing a vehicle from a Citroën dealer and have been asked to set up a 7-Day Free Insurance policy then please make sure you have the following ready:
- Dealer code (ask your salesman)
- Your email address
- Vehicle Registration number and model details
- Policy start date (this may be before your collection date)
- Current insurance renewal date
- Full details of all drivers (including claims and convictions)
- Details of any No Claim Discount entitlement
Once you have entered your details you will be given a full years insurance quote. You can accept this quote or choose the 7-Day Free Insurance option only. If you choose the Annual Insurance policy your certificate will be sent to your home. 7-Day Free Insurance certificates are emailed directly to your dealer. ANNUAL MOTOR INSURANCE*
Stellantis Insurance Services has been specifically designed for Citroën, so your car will be taken care of by the people who know your Citroën best. Stellantis Insurance Services comprehensive cover also provides real benefits, quality support and the usual high standards you expect from Citroën:
- Only Citroën Original Equipment Parts fitted by expert technicians to give you 100% confidence in the repair work, but excludes windscreen/glass claims.
- Courtesy car provided for the duration of the repair (when using an approved repairer, subject to availability)
- 24-hour assistance helpline
- Replacement child car seat - if your child’s car seat is in your vehicle and the vehicle is involved in an accident, we will cover the cost of replacing it
- Uninsured driver promise - if you are hit by an uninsured driver and can provide us with the vehicle’s make, model and registration number and driver details for the other vehicle, Stellantis Insurance Services will refund your excess promises to preserve your No Claim Discount.
